Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Receptionist in our Vancouver office.
- Manage incoming phone calls.
- Assist guests at the front desk.
- Data entry.
- Organize courier deliveries.
- Manage office supplies.
- Complete accounting recoveries.
- Arrange catering and tidy office and boardrooms.
- Interact with Building Management on various requests, including access cards and parking.
- Daily maintenance of kitchen area: replenish supplies, dishwashers, general cleanliness
- Perform other duties and assist with special projects as may be assigned.
Job Requirements:

Previous experience as a receptionist would be an asset. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and other office software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly detail oriented and accurate.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and work with deadlines.
